The Futsal Ballarat under-19 boys claimed the title with a 4-2 victory over Bayside Pirates in the grand final.
Goals to Rhys Cassley (two), Liam Dawson and Otto Eldridge secured victory in the decider.
The four-day tournament was held in Caroline Springs earlier this month and drew more than 80 teams from across Victoria and even interstate.
Futsal Ballarat director Andrew Burgess said the victory secured the club’s third state title from the past two years.
“(The result) shows that we are developing the best players not in Ballarat, but Victoria,” Burgess said.
“We are committed to providing a pathway for regional players to compete and our success proves we do it very well.”
