The Demons didn’t play on Saturday, but climbed up the Central Highlands Netball League A-grade table, with the bye lifting them to fifth spot.
Bungaree is now just two points behind fourth-placed Buninyong, which was beaten by top side Learmonth on Saturday. The Bombers were handed a 55-33 defeat by the unbeaten top side.
Second-placed Dunnstown also kept its undefeated record in tact with a big win over Clunes, while Springbank, which is third, defeated Rokewood-Corindhap.
In other fixtures on Saturday, Ballan thumped Smythesdale, Beaufort beat Carngham-Linton, Newlyn defeated Gordon, Hepburn was too good for Creswick and Waubra got the points against Skipton.
