St Brigid's Primary School principal Gabrielle Driscoll said insurance assessors had inspected the building along Inglis Street on Wednesday morning.
“They will potentially have to rebuild the brick wall, there are no children or classes being held in the building at this stage,” she said. The brick building houses two classrooms.
An elderly woman lost control of her sedan and smashed into the wall on Tuesday afternoon.
Children were inside when the car hit but no injuries were recorded.
Ms Discoll praised her staff for evacuating the children from the two classrooms in a professional manner.
