Collision closes Sturt Street, Ascot Street South in Ballarat
Sturt Street was blocked to traffic after a collision at the corner of Ascot Street in Ballarat on Saturday about 7.20pm.

Ascot Street South was also closed to traffic.
Two cars, one which flipped on impact, were involved – one coming to rest in the west-bound lane of Sturt Street and the other in Ascot Street South next to KFC.
Four paramedic and three fire crews joined police at the scene.
UPDATE 8.45PM
Ambulance Victoria reported that two people escaped serious injury.
A male was transported to Ballarat Base Hospital for observation, while a female in her 20s was treated at the scene for shock.
