Police, paramedics and fire rescue teams are all on scene.
Two people are being treated by Ambulance Victoria paramedics, although a police spokesperson said there did not appear to be serious injuries.
The brother of one of the drivers involved in the crash said he had just got out of one of the cars before he heard the crash.

He told The Courier he was dropped off on Ascot Street before he heard the crash involving his brother.
The man said his brother had been taken to hospital although he did not have any serious injuries.
It is at least the fourth crash along Sturt Street in less than a month, two of which have occurred at the intersection of Ascot Street.
On Saturday night a car flipped at the intersection after a two-car collision.
