The residence was part of a dream of Kryal Castle founder Keith Ryall.
Ms Ryall said Keith designed the whole house around some roof trusses, probably about 160 years old, that he acquired from St Pats when they renovated.
“He designed and built the house in the factory here. It was his own concept,” she said.
Set on 11.42 hectares, some of the unique dwelling’s features include solar powered manor gates, an 11 metre pool and outdoor entertaining area featuring a chandelier.
Expected to fetch around $1 million, the property also has factory style sheds, a massage room and spa facilities. Originally living at the castle premises, the couple moved into the residence around the 90s.
“The view-there’s never two mornings the same. It’s a paradise place to live in,” Ms Ryall.
“It’s just too big for me. It’s lonely for me up here. It’s been a wonderful journey but it’s time to move on.”
