Ross, who was drafted to the Saints from the North Ballarat Rebels, won the club best and fairest honour from defender Dylan Roberton and skipper Jarryn Geary.
The gun midfielder polled 159 votes, 35 more than Roberton and 38 more than Geary.
The 24-year-old was named best on ground for the Saints on five occasions during 2017.
Ross has played 81 games for St Kilda after being drafted to the club in 2011.
