A CONCERT to raise money for cyclone-ravaged Burma last night netted more than $5000 in donations. The Ballarat Schools Bandaid Concert brought together about 300 students and nine bands in a drug and alcohol-free environment to raise money for the people of Burma still suffering long after cyclone Nargis devastated the country earlier this year.Damascus College committee member Dylan Licastro last night said he was pleased with the result."It's about having a good time without alcohol and get together as a group of friends," he said."All the bands are playing without us paying, which is really good." Ballarat Grammar student Meg Spencer said ticket sales had been strong."Organising it was much more work than any of us thought."The event was held at the Wendouree Centre for Performing Arts.
