POLICE are appealing to the public for information into a $160,000 burglary committed at Bostock Reservoir, on Shaws Road, Ballan.

Sometime overnight on April 13 and 14, offenders have forced their way into a large shed at the reservoir and stolen a large number of items including a 2011 John Deere tractor with the registraion YEH 983.
A number of other tractor accessories including a slasher and post hole borer were also taken.
Police said given the size of the tractor, they believe a large truck would have been used to transport it.
