Darley defender Jake Edwards and Lake Wendouree forward Nathan Pring each suffered soft tissue injuries on Saturday, which puts them in doubt for the AFL Victoria Community Championships clash with Goulburn Valley at the MCG on May 19.
Edwards strained a hamstring and Pring hurt his quadriceps.
Each would be a first-choice selection for the BFL interleague team if available.
These concerns come after opening round injuries to Darley duo Steve Kennedy (glute) and Dan Roy (knee).
Kennedy captained the Navy Blue when he last played in the BFL two years ago, while Roy was picked last season before being a late withdrawal.
Edwards was one of a series of players that suffered hamstring issues in round two.
Redan had Tom Watson and Dan Colbert sustain low-grade strains on Saturday, while Sunbury's Jack Sheahan has a similar problem to deal with.
Meanwhile, East Point will be assessing youngster Cam Lovig for concussion.
The Kangaroos took him out of the game after a knock early in the clash with Sebastopol as a precautionary measure.
Lake Wendouree’s Callum McKay is another player being monitored for concussion, while Ballarat lost Chris Prockter with an upper arm injury, which puts him in doubt for the Swans' next assignment with Sebastopol on Sunday.
