Between the 18-minute mark and the 25-minute mark, Bail found the back of the net on three occasions to give the Rangers a 5-1 advantage during their round six clash against Victoria Park.
But it was Warrnambool’s Darcy Johnstone who scored the first goal in four minutes.
Scott Gillett returned as a striker for Victoria Park after a few weeks as goalkeeper and scored two goals, including the equaliser at the five-minute mark.
The offensive onslaught came from both sides with the game ending with 13 goals in total, but it was the Rangers to come away with their fourth victory, 9-4.
Meanwhile, Sebastopol Vikings continued their undefeated run with a dominant 7-0 showing over Forest Rangers on Sunday.
It took just two minutes for the Vikings to take the lead with the first of two goals from Justin Robson.
Jarrod Feeney and Brandon Bosher joined Robson by also scoring two goals apiece, while Temi Okoosi also hit the scoreboard.
Forest had three yellow cards to Wayne Batstra, Fintan Farrell and Sean Klain.
And Ballarat got the points over rivals Ballarat North United, 3-2, in a battle between the bottom two teams.
Harry Hann scored all three goals for Ballarat to help his team to victory.
North’s Oliver Richardson and Patrick Mcgoldrick scored at the 40-minute mark and 45-minute mark respectively to level the scores, but Hann then pulled off the winner at the 62-minute mark. The match was Ballarat’s first victory of the season and lifted the team off the bottom of the ladder.
