Ruby Davoren was one of four people charged with various offences after police executed a search warrant at the Saunders Close property on December 1, 2017.

Police arrested Davoran after she was found sleeping in a Toyota Cruiser parked at the front of the address with ice hidden in her bra.

A large amount of ice was located inside the vehicle as well as a handgun and cash.

Between December 4 and January 11 while on bail, she was caught contacting and visiting her co-accused, Anthony Scott, in prison.

During this time they arranged for another man to make a statement to take ownership of methylamphetamine and the handgun found in Scott’s car.

Davoren pleaded guilty at the Ballarat Magistrates Court by video link on Friday to five charges, including trafficking and possessing ice, attempting to pervert the course of justice and contravening bail conditions.

Scott, 50, pleaded guilty to five charges in April, including trafficking ice, attempting to pervert the course of justice and firearm offences.

A plea hearing for the pair will be held in the County Court at a later date. 

Zane Pfeiffer, who was at the Mount Pleasant house during the drug bust, was carrying a bum bag containing a small amount of cannabis and a knife.

He admitted the offences on Thursday, which activated a Community Corrections Order breach.

Defence lawyer Andrew Madden said his client was flirting with danger in the group he was socialising with, but he had since acknowledged his Aboriginal heritage and engaged with the Ballarat and District Aboriginal Cooperative.

Pfeiffer was sentenced to a 12-month CCO with 60 hours of community work. An 18-month CCO imposed in February 2017 was increased to a two-year order.

The fourth co-accused, Cameron Hay, also faced court on Thursday. Prosecutors withdrew all two charges against him.
