He reaches the milestone in Werribee colours against Footscray.
Hooper will be making just his sixth appearance with the Tigers after time with Williamstown and North Ballarat Roosters.
Hooper, 27, played juniors with Golden Point and now has BFL team Ballarat Swans as his home club.
Werribee coach John Lamont said it was pleasing the club had been able to give Hooper the chance to reach triple figures.
“We want him to have a great 100th, but I hope there are plenty more games this year and beyond because I think he can continue to play really good football at the level,” he said.
