The market, set for its ninth year in Ballarat, will feature Bakers’ Lane in a bid in what organiser Lyndelle Flintoft says is a great fit for shopping and live music in the Mining Exchange.
“Watching Ballarat evolve, presenting more amazing events, places to eat and progressive art exhibitions, makes us only want to keep strengthening out own event in the region,” Ms Flintoft said.
“...The building lends itself to being absorbed in creativity.”
Eat Cannoli, T.with Cake, St Gerrys and Mrs Brown Bakes are among confirmed bakers.
Design Exchange is led by the founder of the popular Nightjar Festival markets in Torquay and Geelong. The Ballarat event is on June 3.
