On May 31, the Lucas Lifestyle Estate formally launched its new clubhouse. The clubhouse is the heart of the Estate and the focal point for fun and social events for the residents aged over 50.
The clubhouse has a lounge, bar, library and craft area, private gym, full kitchen, dining room and al fresco dining are, while coming soon are the pool and outdoor bowling green. The ceremonial cutting of the ribbon was performed by City of Ballarat mayor Cr Samantha McIntosh. Commenting on the level of progress of the Estate since speaking at the turning of the sod last year, Cr McIntosh stressed the importance of community developments in Ballarat.
