Ballarat Racewalking Club members claimed three individual and shared two team gold medals at the weekend.
International competitor Rachel Tallent completed a double – winning the open women’s 15-kilometre and 5km.
Alanna Peart also stood on top of the podium in the under-16 girls’ 3km.
She backed that up with a fourth in the open women’s 5km.
Tallent, Alanna Peart and sister Jemma were also members of the Victorian combination to take out the open women’s teams title.
Fraser Saunder and Jemma Peart were other individual medallists.
Saunder was second in the under-14 boys’ 2km, while Peart was third in the open women’s 5km.
Fraser also landed two gold medals as a member of the Victorian under-14 and under-16 boys’ teams.
Scott Peart shared a bronze medal in a Victorian under-14 boys’ team.
