The teams met in the opening round of Football Federation Victoria’s women’s state league 2 north-west competition in a draw.
The Strikers have made one change with centre-back Jordyn Donald unavailable.
Strikers coach Adam Vranesic said the focus had been on keeping possession.
“It is just one of those things where after you have nine games under the belt it changes everything,” he said.
“It will be a completely different game to what it was in round one. We created a lot of scoring chances but just couldn’t put them away.”
The game will be played at Morshead Park on Sunday.
