Stingrays kicked 5.5 to one goal in the first quarter at Shepley Oval, eventually posting a 15.16 (106) – 7.5 (47) victory.
Rebels broke even in the second half, but the damage was clearly done in an opening half which saw ladder leading Dandenong have 19 scoring shots and kick 12 goals.
The 59-point loss, while disappointing, was an improvement on the two teams earlier meeting this season, where the Rebels went down by 97 points.
Charlie Wilson was the Rebels best with four goals, Jed Hill also impressed while Elliot Lamb continued his strong form – named in the Rebels best three players for the past three weeks.
The TAC Cup competition now has a week off before the Rebels travel to face Bendigo Pioneers on Sunday, July 8.
