Two joeys have made their long awaited appearances, resting quietly on with their mothers.
And with plenty of movement seen on other expectant mums, it is expected more will follow in the coming weeks.
Animal Keeper Hanna Geeson said it was an exciting time for the park with the breeding program taking off.
“We’ve got a fair few that are starting to emerge,” Ms Geeson said.
“We do pair up the koalas, but then it really is a case of fingers crossed.
“So far we’ve had two joeys sighted, but there is a bit of pouch movement, so there should be some more to come.
“What tends to happen is the babies stay in the pouch throughout early to mid winter and from that they then move onto the chest and eventually they will move around onto the back.”
Ms Geeson said once all the babies are born, the park would boast 20 koalas of all different ages.
