They completed the season unbeaten with victory over Hamilton Boomers in the grand final at Stawell on Sunday.
Ballarat held on by four points – 4.6 (30) to 4.2 (26) – surviving a tense last minute as Hamilton, which had lost just the one game for the year, charged home with the wind at its back.
This gives the Bulldogs three premierships in a row in the competition for players with intellectual disabilities.
Evan Reeves was named best on ground, while Ballarat’s goals were kicked by David Jenkins (2), Jack King and Hary Hunter.
Hunter was named competition’s best and fairest at the end of the carnival as well as joining Reeves, King and Jenkins in the team of the year.
