The excited 13-year-old was gifted a session with a makeup artist, a meet and greet with her favourite YouTubers and tickets to their performance in Melbourne on Sunday.
Milly was left a quadriplegic after diving in to a shallow pool during a school swimming lesson in November 2016.
Her parents Rebecca and Peter said it was fantastic to see their daughter so ‘full of beans’, happy and excited on Sunday.
“She is usually quite tired from the physiotherapy, but today she is full of energy,” Rebecca said.
Milly was also gifted vouchers to go shopping for new clothes and a voucher to buy merchandise at YouTubers Dan and Phil’s show.

Milly’s Starlight Children’s Foundation experience comes one week before the family’s Sing.Dance.Raise Fundraiser Auction.
The event, to be held on Saturday August 25, will raise funds to help support Milly’s 24 hour care.
Peter and Rebecca have given up their jobs to look after their daughter and are struggling to manage living expenses and Milly’s medical bills on their carers allowance.
The family travel to Melbourne twice a week for therapy and are visited for a session at home another day a week. The physiotherapy can be tiring, which makes it difficult for Milly to attend school, but it is helping to improve her movement.
Fundraising event organiser Claire Hanrahan said there was ‘heaps’ of football and sporting memorabilia up for auction at the fundraiser, including a 2017 signed Richmond premiership jumper, 2015 signed Hawthorn premiership jumper and 2017 signed Collingwood, North Melbourne, St Kilda and Brisbane jumpers.
Footballs signed by Tony Locket, Paul Roos, Paul Kelly and a one week holiday in Apollo Bay will also be up for grabs.
Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=399857& or at the door. The fundraiser will be held at the Ballarat East Bowls Club on Saturday August 25 from 7pm.
