A MAN has been flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a critical condition after his car hit a pole at Allendale this morning. An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the man was briefly trapped in his car after his car ran off the road at 5.30am on the Creswick-Newstead Road. Full details of the man’s injuries not yet known. Power was cut to hundreds of resident around the Broomfield Road after the crash and remains out.
