During September, Creswick Woollen Mills welcomes baby alpacas (crias) to their animal enclosure – and cute is an understatement. This free event gives visitors the opportunity to meet some very special baby alpacas each day between 9.30am and 5pm. Bring the little ones, have a pat and a photo, and enjoy a gorgeous day at Australia’s last coloured woollen spinning mill.
A visit to the Mill must include a stop at the Mill Café for a coffee and treat, and if time allows, a hearty and delicious lunch from a menu that champions local produce.
