Damian Lane again takes the ride on Humidor, which has drawn barrier 1.
Melbourne and Caulfield Cups favourite Kings Will Dream, Black Heart Bart and Japanese import Tosen Japan, which is having his first Australian start, make up the Weir contingent.
Kings Will Dream is coming off a hard-finishing third in the Memsie.
The winner of the Makybe Diva last year, Humidor has been given 58kg for the Caulfield and Melbourne Cups.
He ran in each race last year, finishing fifth in the Caulfield Cup and 19th in the Melbourne Cup.
Kings Will Dream will carry 53kg.

DARREN Weir-trained Nature Strip has secured a berth in The Everest and will run for the Australian Turf Club in the $13 million race at Randwick.
The sprinter has won eight of his 11 starts including the group 2 McEwen Stakes at Moonee Valley on Saturday in which he set a 1000m record of 56.95 seconds.
The four-year-old is on the fourth line of the TAB's Everest market at $8.
Nature Strip races next in the group 1 Moir Stakes at Moonee Valley on September 28.
