Raised as part of ‘Ballarat Tee Up For Kids Golf Day 2018’, $6,000 dollars will be donated to CAFS by the Tee Up for Kids Foundation for children in out-of-home-care programs.
The primary objective of the foundation is to raise funds for children's educational purposes, to assist them in fulfilling their hopes and dreams.
Seb Claassen from CAFS spoke about the donation, and how it be used going forward.
“Their generosity is really amazing,” said Mr Claassen.
“We can’t thank the foundation and Bendigo Bank enough, this money will be vital to us doing the best we can in supporting children who need out of home assistance.”
CAFS were presented with the cheque last Thursday at Bendigo Bank.
