A man has been taken to hospital this morning after suffering an electric shock in Wendouree.

It is understood the man, aged in his 40s, suffered the shock while working in the industrial area along the Ring Road.
The incident occurred about 10.30am.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said he was taken to Ballarat Base Hospital after paramedics responded to reports of an electric shock.
However, his condition nor the full extent of his injuries could not be confirmed.
A WorkSafe spokesperson said the authority was aware of the incident and would be conducting an investigation.
