Pascoe has been selected in the Aussie team that will battle New Zealand.
She is joined in the side of six by Jacqui Morgan (captain, New South Wales), Kim Burke (New South Wales), Pauline Jefferey (ACT), Josie Ryan (Queensland) and Sue Wooster (Victoria).
The biennial event runs under a Ryder Cup-style format with a practice day and two championship days.
Day one consists of 18 holes of foursomes match play and 18 holes of fourball match play, with day two an 18-hole singles match play competition.
The Cup will rotate between a venue in Australia and a venue in New Zealand.
Pascoe is currently competing in the Australian Women’s Senior Amateur Championships at Sandy Creek Golf Club in the Barossa Valley. She is using that tournament as a lead-in to the Trans Tasman Cup, which is scheduled for October 28-30.
The Cup, which is for women aged 55 years and over, will be played on the west course at Adelaide’s Grange Golf Club. The venue is also set to host the 2019 Women’s Australian Open.
In March, Pascoe claimed victory in the Ballarat District 54-hole women’s scratch event, a competition she has won more than 10 times.
