A Police media spokesperson confirmed this morning there had yet to be any arrests over the armed robberies at the Redan Hungry Jacks and the Sebastopol Bowling Club.
It comes as police release details of a similar armed robbery at the Ararat RSL earlier this month.
Just after 12.30am on October 21 a man with his face covered, entered the High Street venue before approaching staff at the bar, brandishing a small crowbar and demanding money.
Staff handed over a large amount of cash and the offender fled the scene. He was last seen running through the car park towards the Subway area on Birdwood Avenue.
A number of patrons were present at the time of the incident but no-one was injured.
The offender was wearing a dark-coloured hooded jumper pulled over his face with dark-coloured pants and blue surgical gloves.
Investigators believe a light coloured 4WD similar to a Toyota Prado or a Mitsubishi Pajero would have been travelling on the Western Highway towards Ballarat between 12.40am and 2.00am and has asked if anyone happened to be travelling on the road at the time and may have seen the car, to come forward.
It comes as offenders wanted over the two robberies on Monday night remain on the loose.
A teenage girl was among staff members at Hungry Jacks who were forced to hand over money about 10.30pm to a male offender after being threatened to be stabbed.
Two men are wanted over the similar armed robbery at the Sebastopol Bowling Club where again staff were threatened with what is believed to be a knife and forced to hand over cash.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
