Trainer Alison Alford has engaged the visiting Hoijer in two races on the eight-event program.
Hoijer will drive Shadow Justice in the DNR Logistics Trot, 2200m, and Grininalltheway in the BDTC150@twitter C2-C3 Pace, 2200m.
Ballarat and District Trotting Club chief executive officer Paul Rowse said Grininalltheway would be the first time she had been behind a pacer in a race.
He said she planned to do some track work with a pacer earlier in the day in readiness for the race.
Hoijer has an impressive record and strike rate, having won 92 races in a career spanning 680 drives
She won the Swedish championship about 10 years ago and has taken out a number of international drivers’ series in Scandinavia.
The BDTC has named two races in Holjer’s honour.
