Conn has chosen to step away from VFL club Coburg after two seasons.
Sunbury coach Travis Hodgson welcomed the classy midfielder's decision.
Hodgson said Conn had shown his quality in his first BFL senior appearances this year, as well as on the MCG in the AFL Victoria Community Championship.
Conn played his junior football with Sunbury.
The now 21-year-old spent two seasons with Calder Cannons in the TAC Cup before moving to Coburg, where he made his VFL debut in 2017
He leaves Coburg with 14 VFL games - nine this year, when he also played eight matches with Sunbury.
MELTON tall Mark Orr is another BFL player to have parted ways with Coburg.
Standings 109cm, the 23-year-old ruckman/forward spent most of this season with Melton as part of its grand final campaign.
He played six games with Coburg early in the season and then played out the year with the Bloods.
FORMER Tasmanian under-18 representative Nick Dodge has left Melton without making an on-field appearance.
Dodge adopted the Bloods as his home club last season after joining Coburg in the VFL. He damaged an anterior cruciate ligament early in the year and missed the entire 2018 season.
Dodge, 21, has signed with North Heidleberg in the Northern Football League.
BACCHUS Marsh premiership player Jadyn Trowsdale is moving to St Albans in the Western Region league.
He joined the Cobras from West Footscray in the WRFL in 2016, playing in their first BFL premiership. Trowsdale played under-age football with St Albans.
CHFL improver Dunnstown has picked up a second young Ballarat Swans player.
The Towners have lodged a clearance for defender Jack Leonard.
He made his BFL senior debut in 2016 and played seven games in each of the past two seasons.
Leonard played juniors with Dunnstown before switch from the under-15 to play under-16.5s with Ballarat in 2013.
He joins tall forward Jack Sutherland in crossing from the Swans to Dunnstown.
MEAWNHILE in netball, the BFNL has appointed its junior representative netball coaching panel for next year.

AFL GOLDFIELDS is launching a netball umpires’ association, with an aim of getting on-court officials to stay in the region.
Association member will feature mentoring training and testing opportunities.
