It’s on: Wendouree and Buninyong ballot orders drawn for state election

The Victorian Electoral Commission draw occurred at 1.20pm after an unexpected twenty minute delay plagued the entire state. The VEC stated on Twitter there were no technical issues with the ballot draws.
“Last minute nominations for the State election require us to ensure all candidates are correctly processed and finalised prior to ballot draws,” the tweet said.
“Your patience is appreciated while we dot all the eyes and cross all the tees. Just to be clear, there are no technical issues.”
