Reality television lovers across Australia are hanging on the last epiosde of The Bachelorette, with Ballarat-born-and-bred Taite Radley now a 50/50 chance of being chosen as the winner.
But, will he be finally be able to say the words “I love you”?
On last night’s penultimate episode, Taite took bachelorette Ali Oetjen an outdoor obstacle course.
With Taite, it's always all about how nervous he makes her, how excited she is to see him, how gorgeous he is and how much she wants him to tell her he loves her - and history repeats itself during their date on Wednesday's episode.
"It terrifies me," Ali says of Taite's hesitation. "If he can't tell me how he feels, I don't see where we can go from here.
"I'm falling for this guy but I feel like it just can't be a one-way street here. I need to know what he sees in me, I need to know if he thinks I'm worth fighting for.
"This feels like Charlie all over again," she says, with a virtual mic drop.
Taite, meanwhile, tells the camera he's "literally on the edge of saying [I love you]". Let's hope he gets there before it's too late!
Taite grew up in Ballarat, went to Ballarat Clarendon College and played TAC Cup under-18 football with North Ballarat Rebels, chalking up 18 games in two seasons (2007-08).
The 28-year-old is now a Bank of Melbourne bank manager.
The Bachelorette finale airs on Thursday night on the WIN network at 7.30pm.
