They will meet perennial power Dela Oscars for the premiership at Llanberris Netball Centre on Tuesday night.
Brown Hill has had a great season under the guidance of coach Annie McCartin.
After not winning a game last season, Forgers goes into the grand final unbeaten after defeating fourth-placed Eureka 57-50 in a semi-final.
Dela had the better of Wendouree 64-42 in the other semi-final.
Brown Hill goal shooter Brianna Gregory led from the front, shooting 31 goals from 33 attempts in three quarters on court.
Her haul included 13-straight in a crucial third quarter.
Gregory combined well with mid-court players Stacey and Gina McCartin to make sure Eureka did not get close enough to challenge.
Eureka coach Jenni Nicholls still had something to smile about, with her team putting in its best performance of the season to get within seven goals of the top side. Eureka did not win a game.
Dela Oscars made solid start against last year’s grand finalist Wendouree to led by 11 goals at half-time, with defenders Catherine Chibnall and Alicia Verhey prominent.
Wendouree made a run in the third quarter – twice having a chance to draw within six goals, but missed crucial shots.
Within a minute the margin was back out to 11 and the game was out of reach and gone.
Brown Hill and Dela finished one-two at the end of the regular season.
Brown Hill won their first clash 49-38 in round two and then 51-46 in round five of the six-round season.
How they finished the regular season:
Brown Hill 24, 133.71
Dela Oscars 14, 109.80
Wendouree NA 10, 84.29
Eureka 0, 82.60
Dela, which was formerly known as Assuntas, is going for a 16th title in 17 seasons.
Brown Hill provided the only club to break in the championship-winning run in 2014.
The grand final next Tuesday will be live-streamed from 8pm via the Ballarat Netball Association Facebook page and linked through The Courier Sport and The Athlete’s Foot Facebook pages.
