Around 200 people took to the course to participate in an optional 5km fun run, followed by a 1km or 3km colour run.
St Colomba’s School principal Julie Cooper said the event was organised as part of the school’s commitment to healthy living and community engagement.
“The main idea was to get people out and about promoting fun family fitness and along the way raise some money and promote our school,” she said.
“This is a fun culmination of all the things we do through the year to promote fun family fitness.”
Students, parents and teachers as well as friends and relatives and members of the wider community participated in the fundraising event.
