Cloud Nine Ballarat
Ravers rejoice! One of Melbourne’s best clubs is launching a full invasion on Ballarat’s nightlife as Cloud Nine brings its full crew to The Bluestone Hotel.
The one off event is sure to get revelers moving until the break of dawn.

Buninyong Lions Club & combined churches community celebration
Christmas celebrations for people of all faiths and nationalities will be taking place at this years Buninyong Lions Club & combined churches community celebration.
The day will feature children’s entertainment, a sausage sizzle, coffee van and a visit from father Christmas himself!

Keeley’s Cause annual Christmas Party for children with disabilities
Created by a 13-year-old girl with Autism, Keeley’s Cause is best known for giving out iPads to children with learning and communication difficulties to help with school work.
This party will feature the not-for-profit’s biggest iPad giveaway.
There will also be at least 45 market stalls, entertainment, children’s karaoke and activities, raffles, food vendors and a visit from Santa.

2018 Volkswagen Ballarat Cup
A collection of Australia’s premier racing greyhounds will descend on Ballarat for the 2018 Volkswagen Ballarat Cup.
Along with an exciting night of racing there will be face painting, live music and food trucks to entertain all in attendance.
When: 5pm – 10pm.
Where: Ballarat Greyhounds, Corner of Rubicon and Sutton streets, Ballarat Central.

Handel's Messiah
Since its triumphant premiere in Dublin in 1742, Messiah has remained Handel’s most frequently performed work.
This popular annual concert is the perfect way to welcome in the festive season, and in 2018, Handel’s masterpiece will be conducted by Warren Trevelyan-Jones, who will bring his own unique take on the masterpiece of work.
When: 5pm – 7.30pm.

Jim Moginie and The Family Dog at Karova
Jim Moginie, formerly of Midnight Oil, is back with his solo group in promotion of their new album ‘Bark Overtures’.
Fresh from Midnight Oil’s reunion and massively successful Grand Circle World Tour, Moginie is back with The Family Dog to wow Ballarat audiences.

WBBL: Melbourne Renegades v Adelaide Strikers
The Melbourne Renegades are excited to bring the Women’s Big Bash League to Ballarat on Sunday, with the hopes of playing in front of 2000 people at Eastern Oval.
The Renegades will take on the Adelaide Strikers from 2.10pm in the round two fixture on Sunday.

This exhibition is a collection of drawings and paintings inspired by the films of Yasujiro Ozu as well as a large selection of other various work completed over the past few years by Ballarat artist Bren Luke.

Federation University End of Year Exhibition 2018
