The back oval at Black Hill transformed into a challenging Mini Mudder course, complete with detour options, for all ages.
This event had been months in the making, led by physical education teacher Chloe Dew, to ensure the safety of pupils and for the condition of the oval to remain intact.
Carefully planned obstacles included a tyre run, water crossing through inflatable pools, an agility run, a dodge through suspended pool noodles and hay bale jump.
Staff spent hours curating the mud crawl zone, carefully created on large sheets with bunting on top.
All money raised from participation was to contribute to extra bits and pieces to enhance school programs.
Teachers set the tone with Black Hill’s principal and assistant principal testing obstacles before the preps set out on course.
