About 2000 people enjoyed a day full of rides, slides, face painting, petting zoo, Harley rides, pony rides and of course a visit from Santa himself.
All that fun needed to be fuelled, with guests eating their way through more than 800 hot dogs, 1200 sausages, 800 hamburgers, 45kg of onions and vegetable burgers.
Shane Quinlan from the BHS Social Club, who organises the event, said the event was getting bigger each year with about 400 more people attending this year than last.
“It started off with just a merry go round and a few little things but now it’s almost as big as the Creswick show,” he said.
Planning for next year’s event will begin almost immediately with popular attractions rebooked.
Not even the weather could dampen the spirits of those attending, with a storm rolling through shortly before the party ended at 3pm.
