The group has published a 2019 nude calendar, with pictures taken by Emma Jane Industry, photographer for mental health awareness organisation The Naked Farmer.
“It takes as much guts to take your clothes off for a photo as it takes to talk about mental health issues,” The Naked Farmer founder Ben Brooksby says.
The Dean Newlyn Young Farmers calendar will raise money for the club and the drought relief effort if enough money is collected.

Dean Newlyn Young Farmers treasurer Linda McKenzie said the club was hoping to sell all 300 copies printed.
“It is a unique way to draw attention to the club. People definitely double look when they see the photo on the Facebook page,” she said.
“It took a bit of guts for everyone to get their clothes off but as the day (photo shoot) went on they all got more comfortable.”

The club is open to anyone in the region, with the main aim to encourage young farmers to get off the land to socialise, something that can help prevent suicide and depression on the field.
The group runs the Kingston Car and Truck Show and other social events in the community and is hoping to run a trivia night next year.

The calendar can be purchased by contacting the group on their Facebook page or at Greenvale Quality Meats in Creswick.
