The Vics have managed just 25 points and boast a horrible shot difference of -346, but can use 2019 as a fresh start in the hope of finishing the campaign with some pride.
Victoria shapes as a legitimate chance for its breakthrough win this Saturday when the Geelong-Ballarat Premier Bowls season resumes from the mid-season break.
The Vics are scheduled to host a Webbcona side that won the teams’ round three encounter back in mid-October.
Webbcona is now eighth on the ladder with two wins.
Sebastopol is currently third on the table and comes up against Queenscliff this weekend.
The Kookaburras won the clash earlier in the season on the Cliffers’ home greens.
Ballarat’s other representative in the competition is Buninyong, which is booked to travel to Lara.
Buninyong defeated Lara back in round three, one of just three wins this campaign.
Other fixtures this Saturday will see Eastern Park and Ocean Grove lock horns and Highton host Bareena.
