Moffitt belted 49 runs off 45 deliveries at the top of the order, combining for a 63-run opening stand with Amy Yates.
The team-high score set-up Vic Country’s 5-122 from its 20 overs as it enjoyed a thrilling nine-run victory in the twenty20 clash.

In the men’s grand final, Vic Country went down to Western Australia Country by 69 runs. WA Country were all out for 188 in the 45th over and after a 40-run opening stand, Wendouree batsman Cole Roscholler came to the crease to steady the ship at 2-40.
He delivered a solid knock of 26, continuing his strong form after 35 and 53 in the previous two matches, but it was not enough to rescue the side.
Vic Country bowled out for 119 after 39.4 overs.
Moffitt averaged 24.2 runs from her six digs for the carnival while Roscholler averaged 27.8 from his five innings.
