Ballarat and DistrictTrotting Club marketing manager Belinda Eden spoke to The Courier about some of the best non-racing activities.
“We’ve got things for all ages who just want to come and have a great time,” she said.
Food, drinks and live music will be available at the CUB Beer Garden. Elysium Day Spa Fashions on the Field will be holding a best dressed competition for women and kids. An over 18s Tug-of-War will also act as the ultimate test of strength for teams willing to enter.
All of this will lead to the half time feature, the Starstruck Valuting Team. The team will be performing amazing acrobatics on the back of horses.
