Chief winemaker from Blue Pyrenees Andrew Koerner told The Courier they were always happy to support their home base of Ballarat.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase our products,” he said.
These sentiments were echoed by chief winemaker from Taltarni Vineyards Robert Heywood.
“Being able to present ourselves to a different demographic is always great,” he said.
Both wineries praised the work the beer festival has done in expanding its horizons outside of beer.
