Victoria Country has suffered back-to-back defeats at the Cricket Australia Under-18 National Championships in Ballarat.
Following the Twenty20 competition in Bendigo last week, the focus moved to the one-day titles in Ballarat where the hosts struggled on Sunday and Monday.
Local players Maddi Jones and Sophie Van De Heuvel are part of the Victoria Country side.
Tuesday will be a rest day for players before the carnival continues with games in Ballarat on Wednesday.
