The Lions made 4-159 batting first and then restricted their opponents to 141 to win the Central Highlands region’s top Twenty20 honours.
Former West Indies cricketer Danza Hyatt set the tone with a blistering 74, which came from 61 balls and included seven fours and three sixes.
He was well supported by Richard Moore, who smacked five fours and a six in his 34-ball knock of 42.
Bacchus Marsh opener Peter Lalor got the run chase off to a positive start, making 59 before falling as the third wicket when the score was 96.
But from there Darley assumed control and eventually dismissed Bacchus Marsh for 141.
Moore backed up his strong display with the bat by snaring match-best figures of 4-26, as did Hyatt, who claimed 3-24.
Earlier in the day, Colts Phelans captured the Cricket Willow Shield – for division two teams – with a seven-wicket win over St Anthony’s.
St Anthony’s made 6-117 batting first, but it was chased down easily by Colts Phelans, which reached 3-118 in the 17th over.
Monday’s matches were played at the Cricket Willow ground in Shepherds Flat.
