The Emma Stewart-trained star came from back in the field to land a breathtaking victory in the group 1 Chariots of Fire (1609m) at Menangle.
Driven by champion reinsman Chris Alford, the horse registered a brilliant mile rate of 1.49.1min and pocketed $120,000 for connections with his fifth victory at the elite level.
Poster Boy has now won 18 races from 25 career starts.
Back home in Victoria, the Stewart camp scored victory in the group 2 Terang Pacing Cup (2680m).
Maraetai scored a dominant win in the $60,000 event with Kate Gath in the sulky.
That was the horse’s ninth win from 16 starts.
Stablemate Born To Rocknroll, which was favourite to win the race, finished down the track in eighth position.
