The Western Bulldogs have come on board as naming rights partners and major supporters of the league, which will kick off on April 5.
Matches will be held on Friday nights up to the final round on July 26.
Four small grounds will be set up on main grounds each week, with football to be played under lights in a family-friendly atmosphere.
In its inaugural season in 2019, the Western Bulldogs Under-9’s will incorporate all eight Ballarat-based junior clubs.
“The league is experiencing tremendous growth in the lower age groups of junior football and the addition of an under-9s to compliment Auskick will further strengthen and develop boys and girls as they move in to the Ballarat junior competitions,” Ballarat Football Netball League operations manager Shane Anwyl said.
