The BCA boys cruised to a big win over Leongatha and District at Brighton's Beach Oval and cannot be dislodged from the summit of pool green.
Ballarat picked up its second bonus point from the opening two rounds of Melbourne Country Week with a rapid run chase.
Chasing Leongatha and District's 110, the side lost just two wickets on its way to 2-112. The win came well inside the 40-over mark, which is needed to secure an extra point.
North Ballarat's Leigh Lorenzen (21) and Wendouree's Mathew Begbie (53 not out) opened the batting before BCA skipper Ryan Knowles (29) went on the attack at number three.
Begbie and Mt Clear's Jarrod Burns (six not out) were there at the end when the runs were reached in the 22nd over.
Knowles said his side scored quickly when the fielding restrictions were in place at the start of the chase.
We made use of the power play in the first 10 overs and I think we scored about 80.

"We made use of the power play in the first 10 overs and I think we scored about 80," he said.
Knowles said his bowlers helped set up the win.
Buninyong spinner Harli Givvens produced the best figures of 3-29, while medium-pacers Jason Knowles (Brown Hill) and Jonah Healey (Napoleons-Sebastopol) claimed two wickets each.
"They've made it easy for the batsmen both days really," he said.
Tuesday's victory follows the day one success against Shepparton at Schramms Reserve in Doncaster.
The Ballarat boys will meet Latrobe Valley at Moorleigh Community Village Reserve in Bentleigh East on Wednesday before a semi-final clash on Thursday.
Ballarat is looking to earn promotion from division two and climb back into the provincial grade of Melbourne Country Week, which it was relegated from last year.
