Bendigo Cricket Association proved too strong for the BCA in the Victorian Country Cricket League Melbourne Country Week division two grand final.
Ballarat sent Bendigo in to bat and Bendigo took full advantage of that, posting 292 runs for the loss of six wickets.
Jack Neylon and Jake Klemm were influential.
Neylon made 93 off 75 balls while top-scored Klemm with 101.
Nathan Yates was the pick of the Ballarat bowlers, taking 3-31 from 10 overs.
In response, Ballarat lost early wickets and lost them all too frequently, falling to 7-98 after a handy 34-run opening partnership.
Jonah Healey and Mick Nolan put on a handy 44-run partnership for the eighth wicket, but it was always going to be a tough task following the early collapse, all out for 177.
Despite the disappointing result on Friday, Ballarat will still move back into the provincial division next year.
That was the goal of the group at the start of the week, returning to the top division.
