Vikings coach Michael Goodman was excited for the match and said he had a full squad to choose from with the exception of Will Georgiou (ankle).
Goodman said while Dandenong was a state league five team, as opposed to the Vikings' state league three credentials, they would treat White Star with the necessary respect.
"We've done our due diligence and research, like any round in the FFA Cup we have to show the opposition the utmost respect, irrespective of which league they are in," Goodman said.
"It should be an exciting affair. We're hoping to progress to the next round and look for the performance that we've been working towards."
Kick-off is at 2pm on Saturday at Morshead Park's synthetic pitch.
Meanwhile, state league five team Ballarat will face Old Xaverians.
Kick-off is at 5pm on Saturday at Ballarat Soccer Club.
