The GCA initially transferred the semi-finals from Saturday to Sunday owing to forecast extreme heat.
They were then abandoned after Sunday was declared a total fire ban.
Haddon finished on top of the division one ladder, just six points clear of Lexton.
GCA best and fairest Shaun McArthur will be a key to Haddon's hopes in the one-day clash, having averaged 53 runs and taken 20 wickets. Andrew Doolan and Jarrod Allan loom large with the bat for Lexton.
Haddon and Lexton have quickly developed a close rivalry, having met in a semi-final last season and sharing honours with one victory apiece this season.
Linton Gold plays Lismore in the division two grand final at Haddon on Sunday.
